Refund policy

Health and Sanitation: 

Due to health and sanitation concerns, we do not accept returns of incontinence products. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers. Once these products leave our facility, we cannot guarantee they remain uncontaminated, and therefore, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Damaged or Defective Products: 

  • If the product is damaged or defective, please send an email to orderdesk@fiberlinks.com within 7 days of delivery.  

  • Include your order number and photo proof of the damage to initiate the refund process.
